Cookie Notice
What Kleos stores in your browser on its public websites, why, and how to change your choice at any time.
How we ask
Kleos stores only what is strictly necessary to run this site until you tell us otherwise. Anything beyond that, which today means audience measurement, is not loaded and sets nothing until you allow it. Refusing takes one click and is offered with the same prominence as accepting.
You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie preferences control in the footer of every page. If you withdraw permission for measurement, Kleos stops loading it and clears the cookies it had set. We ask again if the categories change or after about six months, so a decision does not stand indefinitely.
Strictly necessary
- Your cookie choice itself, stored in a first-party cookie named kleos_consent, so we can honour it without asking on every page.
- A sign-in session cookie for partner and team accounts, so you are not asked to log in again as you move around the platform. This is only set once you sign in.
- kleos_support_token, held in per-tab session storage while you have the support chat open, so the conversation you started continues as you move between pages. It is cleared when the tab closes.
- kleos_support_visitor, a random identifier in local storage that lets the support chat recognise a conversation you started earlier from the same browser. It contains no name or contact details.
- kleos_support_muted, which remembers only whether you turned the chat's notification sound off.
Measurement, only with your permission
If you allow it, Kleos uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and where the site is confusing. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, which distinguish one browser from another so repeat visits are not counted as new people. Kleos uses this for audience measurement, not for advertising or profiling.
If you do not allow it, the Google Analytics script is never requested, no connection to Google is made, and none of these cookies are set.
What we do not use
Kleos does not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags, social media trackers, or data-broker scripts on these websites, and does not sell personal data. Fonts and imagery are served from Kleos's own infrastructure rather than a third-party network, so ordinary browsing does not disclose your visit to anyone else.
