Why we built Kleos
We built Kleos because we kept watching the same failure repeat itself: appointment-driven businesses — home services, dealerships, agencies, B2B service teams — live or die by booked conversations, yet the tools available to them were either an expensive outbound team that is hard to hire, train, and keep, or a robocall dialer that burns the market and the brand. We wanted a third option: an AI sales force with the discipline of a great sales team and rules it physically cannot break.
What we believe
We believe a sales call should have a reason. That is why our system researches every prospect before it dials — signals, fit, timing, and source quality — and refuses the call when there is no reason to make it. We believe compliance is a product feature, not a legal afterthought: opt-outs, calling windows, AI disclosure, and regional rules are enforced by gates in the platform, not by a policy document. And we believe the human closer stays at the center — our job is to hand your team a qualified meeting with the full backstory, not to replace the conversation that earns the deal.
How we work
Kleos runs one disciplined loop: learn the business, research the prospect, clear the compliance gate, prepare the call, hold the conversation, book the meeting, hand off to the closer, and learn from the outcome under human review. Where we operate
We launch market by market, and only when the compliance pack for that market is ready. Today that means the United States and the United Kingdom, with more countries opening as their regulatory bundles, phone-number infrastructure, and language layers pass review. Our compliance and calling rules page documents the gates every campaign must pass.

Robbe founded Kleos on a single conviction: outbound sales should be disciplined and compliant by default, not a numbers game that burns the market. He leads product and strategy, and works directly with early partners to shape how Kleos researches, calls, and books.
