Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited

• Calling without a lawful basis, or ignoring opt-outs, do-not-call lists, or objections.
• Bypassing or attempting to defeat compliance, consent, suppression, calling-window, or AI-disclosure gates.
• Spoofing caller identity or using unauthorized caller IDs.
• Denying that the caller is AI where disclosure is required, or claiming to be a specific human.
• False scarcity, deceptive claims, harassment, or unsupported/ fabricated statements.
• Uploading data you have no authority to process, or targeting regions without an approved compliance pack.
• Any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Required

• Hold the consent or lawful basis required for each call type and region.
• Use approved caller ID and provide a valid callback path.
• Disclose AI where required, and answer honestly if asked whether the caller is AI.
• Honor opt-outs and objections immediately; keep the suppression record.
• Use accurate, evidence-backed reasons to call, and keep required records.

Enforcement

We monitor for compliance signals and may block a campaign, suspend, or terminate an account for violations, with or without notice depending on severity. Report suspected abuse to legal@kleos.click.
