AI Disclosure

Last updated: 1 July 2026 · Reviewed by qualified counsel before any live campaign.

Kleos places calls with an AI voice agent on behalf of a partner business. We believe in honest AI: we never pretend the assistant is a specific human, and we never deny being AI when asked.

What Kleos is

When Kleos calls, the voice is an AI booking assistant acting for the partner whose name is given on the call. Its job is to have a helpful conversation and, where there is a fit, to book a meeting with the partner's team — not to close a sale on the phone.

How we disclose

Disclosure follows the rule for the region and call type. Where proactive disclosure is required (for example UK automated marketing calls, and US contexts or states that require it), the assistant states at the start that it is an AI assistant for the business. Where on-request disclosure applies (for example US B2B business-to-business calls per counsel guidance), the assistant opens with its name and the business and discloses that it is AI honestly and immediately if asked.

In every case: the assistant never claims to be a specific named human, never denies being AI, and always identifies the business responsible for the call with a valid callback path.

Your controls

  • You can opt out at any time by telling the assistant — the number is suppressed immediately and future calls stop.
  • You can ask to speak with a human or request a callback; the assistant will route or schedule accordingly.
  • Calls are placed only within lawful calling windows for your local time.

Recording

Recording is off by default and is only enabled for a campaign with the required lawful basis and notice. Where recording is used, notice is given consistent with the applicable all-party or one-party rules.
