The Belgian line answers today. Outbound campaigns for customers in Belgium are not open yet: Kleos activates a market only once that country's compliance pack has cleared review, and the Belgian pack is still in review. We would rather tell you that than take the booking.
How Kleos behaves in Belgium

Calls are not recorded by default
Audio recording is off unless a campaign has cleared the region, notice and approval checks that permit it. A written summary is the normal record of a call, not a recording of your voice.
Three languages is a compliance problem, not a translation problem
Belgium is a Flemish, French and German market, and a disclosure that is clear in one language is not automatically clear in another. Kleos requires native review of its disclosure and opt-out wording per language before a market goes live, which is part of why Belgian outbound is not open yet.
The opt-out register is screened, not consulted
Belgian outbound calling is screened against the Bel me niet meer and Ne m'appelez plus opt-out lists. Screening happens inside the product before a campaign can dial, rather than being left to whoever is running it.

- What happens when I call this number?
- Kleos answers, asks who it is speaking with, and asks what prompted the call. It answers your question if it can, takes a message for a person if it cannot, and offers a strategy call if you want a next step.
- Which language will it speak?
- English, today, on every Kleos line including this one. Dutch and French are the obvious next step for a Belgian number and we are not going to pretend they are already here.
- Can Kleos call Belgian prospects for my business?
- Not yet. The Belgian compliance pack is still in review, and Kleos does not dial a market before its pack is active. Call the line anyway if you want to be told the moment it opens.
- Does Kleos have an office in Belgium?
- No. The number exists so a Belgian caller makes a domestic call rather than an international one. There is no office here, and Kleos does not claim one.
